SBA Roundtable on Crowdfunding Scheduled for Next Week

SBA.GOV site - U.S Small Business AdministrationThe Small Business Administration has scheduled a Small Business Roundtable on Crowdfunding. The event will be taking place on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at the SBA offices in Washington, DC.  As previously reported the two hour meeting will feature prominent Securities Attorney and Crowdfund Insider columnist Samuel S. Guzik. The event is open to the public with the exception of the press.  Individuals interesting in attending the event may RSVP by emailing Assistant Chief Counsel for Advocacy, SBA Office of Advocacy, Dillon Taylor at Dillon.Taylor@sba.gov.

A crowdfunding industry insider recently stated about the importance of the new form of capital formation;
