Crowd Invest Summit co-founder Josef Holm said Lemonis is not just a TV star – he is a rock star;

Marcus Lemonis is a man of the people, added Alon Goren, co-founder of Crowd Invest Summit.
“He is not only self-made and willing to get his hands dirty to help businesses succeed, but on his show, we see him consistently putting his money where his mouth is. He is exactly the right person to coach up the American public on how to wisely invest.”
During the Fireside chat at Crowd Invest Summit, Lemonis will discuss his profit and growth strategies as well as his investment strategies.
Crowd Invest Summit was developed with the vision that every American, through the JOBS Act, can now invest in early stage companies and real estate opportunities. Prior to the JOBS Act, only accredited investors – those with income of $200,000 per year individually, or $300,000 with a spouse – could legally invest in private companies. Now, for the first time in more than 80 years, anyone over 18 globally is able to invest.Fund-raising companies can take advantage of the JOBS Act through various rules like Regulation CF and Reg A+ that allow them to take investments from the general public.
“We are excited to be a part of the all-star line up for this years Crowd Invest Summit,” said sponsor Jason Paltrowitz. EVP, Corporate Services for OTC Markets Group. “Reg A+ represents a huge opportunity for companies looking to attract individual investors and have those shares be freely tradable at the close of their offering.”
