Avalanche and Helix are working with Faculty Group on the launch of Fusion, which they say will deliver “measurable real-world value.”
Alongside a $100 million commitment, the goal is to support new Layer 1 networks and on-chain services for practical applications across sectors like AI, healthcare, and decentralized infrastructure.
Fusion Core Contributor David Post says they are building a framework with scalable solutions, real-world impact, and value. By combining Avalanche’s performance, Fusion is expected to provide the tools to deploy applications.
Fusion is supported by $100 million in “resources” allocated to existing Avalanche programs – including Multiverse, Retro9000, InfraBUIDL and InfraBUIDL AI. These funds are expected to accelerate the launch of Composers in real-world verticals, support foundational Modules that provide critical infrastructure and services, and incentivize developers and builders to integrate Composer APIs and SDKs into practical, outcome-driven applications.
