Revolut Founder’s VC Firm Quantum Light Raises $250 Million Fund

QuantumLight, founded by Nik Storonsky, co-founder and CEO of digital bank Revolut, has announced the closing of a $250 million venture capital fund.

According to a release, the money will be utilized to invest in firms in the AI, Web3, Fintech, SaaS and Healthtech sectors.

Fund I, the inaugural fund, is said to be backed by top-tier investors, including billionaire tech founders and institutions.

Storonsky says his goal is to build the world’s best systematic VC and growth equity firm supporting the next generation of founders while sharing some of the principles utilized at Revolut.

Storonsky has co-authored the roadmap Hiring Top Talent, which was preceded by the book Driving High Performance.

The new book is said to provide a blueprint for every stage of the hiring process, guiding founders on how to hire at speed without compromising quality.

“Our goal is to make the invisible operating systems behind iconic companies like Revolut visible and replicable. Founders shouldn’t have to reinvent the wheel when it comes to building high-performing teams. By sharing these tools and frameworks, we’re helping scale-ups move faster from day one,” said Ilya Kondrashov, CEO of QuantumLight.
