Cardone Capital, created by Grant Cardone, is introducing a new real estate investment vehicle, the 10X Miami River Bitcoin Fund.
This is the firm’s fourth fund targeting real estate and involving Bitcoin.
Cardone Capital explains that the fund matches income generating real estate with Bitcoin purchases. Funds generated by the real estate investments will support the purchases of Bitcion.

The fund’s anchor asset is a 346-unit, Class A multifamily property situated on the Miami River.
Cardone Capital reports over $5 billion in assets under management, including 15,000 apartments across the US.
