DealMaker Reports $96 Million in Investments During the Month of March

DealMaker, an online capital formation enabler, says it processed over $96 million in investments during March. This amount incorporates funds committed from 40,657 individual investors.

This volume has been boosted by a single issuer. An unnamed media company that is “expanding its community ownership model.” This offering is said to have generated over $66 million in a single week during the month, with DealMaker processing over $820,000 in just five minutes at its peaks.

DealMaker is a FINRA-regulated broker-dealer that specializes in technology to support private securities offerings. The company works with issuers using the full stack of exemptions, including Reg CF, Reg A, and Reg D. DealMaker is a top operator on the Reg CF market but works with many Reg A and Reg D issuers.
