Monese Rolls Out Desktop Online Banking Services

Digital banking group Monese recently announced its users may now log into their Monese accounts from their desktop with the new Monese for Web services. Monese reported that it designed the web version of its banking services to provide users with more tools and “better” access to manage their accounts and expenses. Features of the website services include:

  • Log in Securely: Additional layer of security was added, which includes password requests through a two-factor authentication (2FA) process using the mobile app.
  • Check Balances: Users may now check their personal, business, and other accounts (i.e. PayPal or Avios), along with total balances, in one place.
  • Download Statements: Monese for Web allows users to download their account statement straight to a computer in PDF or CSV format.
  • Keep Things Private: For extra privacy, users may hide their on-screen balance using “Privacy Mode,” just as they would using the Monese mobile app.

Monese went on to add:

For users who need larger screens for more complex activities related to their accounts, such as for business or other reasons, we hope this new online feature is useful to you.”

Founded in 2015, Monese claims it makes it easier for users to manage their money wherever they are in the world.

We’re the mobile app alternative to the banks, offering accounts you can open instantly, so that you don’t lose access to the money you need every time you cross a border on a map.”
