Digital Banking: Computer Services, Inc., a Fintech and Regtech Firm, Updates its Online Banking Products

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI), an established provider of integrated Fintech and regulatory technology (Regtech) services, has updated its digital banking products.

The updates have been made so that the company can offer more self-service options to its online banking customers. The upgrades will ensure that the Fintech firm’s customers are protected against fraud and it will also help them better manage their payment cards.

As noted in a press release, the new self-service upgrades will be beneficial to consumers who have to take care of their banking requirements remotely, following the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

As mentioned in the announcement, CSI aims to make it more convenient for customers to safely and remotely manage their debit cards via digital banking.

Bank customers have the option of activating new cards, changing their PINs, temporarily increasing their spending limits, and also schedule a specific time to turn their payment cards on or off. All these tasks can be handled through digital banking and mobile-based apps.

These options allow users to activate, use, and secure their debit cards without visiting physical branch locations.

CSI has also expanded its digital self-service options by offering customers the ability to view and edit their profile information.

Gio Mastronardi, president of enterprise banking at CSI group, stated:

“It’s vital that we give consumers more control and capabilities within their digital banking applications, as our current circumstances dictate that most of them bank while sheltering at home.”

Mastronardi added:

“These updates enable banks to effectively continue banking operations without risking the safety of their customers or staff.”

CSI’s digital banking solutions are integrated with its core technology platforms, enabling financial institutions to enhance their mobile and online channels, while providing secure access to customer data.

CSI offers several products and services including core processing, managed services, mobile and Internet solutions, payments processing, and print and electronic distribution.

It also offers services related to treasury management and various regulatory compliance products.
