Blockchain Tech Etherparty Launches “Three for Free” Contest on its Rocket Cryptocurrency Crowdfunding Platform

Etherparty Smart Contracts Inc., a Vancouver blockchain tech company, is now accepting applications for its Rocket Three for Free contest, which will offer three projects or startups the opportunity to win full use of Etherparty’s new cryptocurrency crowdfunding platform, Rocket, free of charge.

Founded by Lisa Cheng, Etherparty has decided to hold a contest for startups looking to crowdfund using cryptocurrency. The smart contract solution developed by Etherparty called Rocket can be used on Bitcoin or Ethereum and is valued at USD $100,000. Running until April 30, 2018, applicants may submit a report, detailing their project, white paper and token purpose and functionality, along with company information including team LinkedIn profiles, social media channels, and Github, if public.

“The contest is an amazing chance for a few young companies to harness the latest in crowdfunding technology at no cost, and no risk,” explained Etherparty CEO Kevin Hobbs. “We are looking for blockchain projects that are innovative and exciting, and we especially love projects that are problem-solving a large or global issue.”

Once the applications have been submitted, short-listed companies will be interviewed by Etherparty’s leadership team, and the three winners will be announced in May. In addition, outside of the three winners, Etherparty will be selecting up to 100 projects that will be able to receive a discount to launch their crowdfund with Etherparty.

Each winner will receive free token and crowdfund smart contracts, along with $20,000 worth in marketing services, to support their business and crowdfunding initiatives.Only one submission per startup is allowed, and each submission must contain all of the required information to be eligible.

Etherparty’s FUEL token is currently available on Binance, Gate.io, HiyBTC and ACX, with plans to be available on site in the near future. According to the platform, Etherparty aims to allow users to create smart contracts using customizable templates that can then be launched on the Ethereum or Bitcoin blockchain. No programming experience or knowledge is allegedly required. All smart contract templates are also fully tested to ensure they are safe and secure for deployment, said Etherparty. Users can create P2P escrow contracts, wagering, token creation, supply chain management, real estate agreements and contractor agreements.

The platform recently blogged about its new partnership with cryptocurrency payment gateway provider, CoinPayments. The partnership allows Etherparty users to use over 55 cryptocurrency varieties currently supported by CoinPayments to purchase its FUEL digital token. FUEL tokens are required to purchase all services on Etherparty and its associated products, such as Rocket, a cryptocurrency crowdfunding platform designed for the everyday Internet user.

“We are super excited to be partnering with Etherparty and to integrate FUEL into our platform,” exclaimed CoinPayments COO Jason Butcher, adding that the Etherparty family and ecosystem will now be added into CoinPayments’ global network of over 760,000 merchants, stretching across 182 countries worldwide. The National Crowdfunding Association of Canada (NCFA Canada) tapped Butcher last year to join its Association’s Crowdfunding Ambassadors Program.

The FUEL token is a transferable ERC-20 compliant digital token deployed on the Ethereum network and will serve as a method of validating a user’s transactions on the Etherparty platform and its related products.
