The SEC plans to conduct the annual SEC Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation on Thursday, November 21, 2013, at the SEC’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.  We expect the Forum program to start at 9:00 a.m. and conclude with a networking opportunity at a neighboring location beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The Forum will include morning panel discussions and afternoon breakout groups.  We expect the morning panel discussions to be webcast live on the SEC’s home page at www.SEC.gov.  Forum registrants may attend the morning panel discussions in person at SEC headquarters.  The afternoon breakout groups will not be webcast. Forum registrants will be able to participate in the breakout groups either by attending in person at SEC headquarters or by calling in to a telephone conference call.
