SEC Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies

The SEC Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 17, beginning at 9:30 a.m. ET.  The committee will focus on the interests and priorities of emerging and smaller public companies.

The December 17 meeting will be held at the SEC’s headquarters at 100 F Street, N.E., Washington, D.C.  The event is open to the public, with seating on a first-come, first-served basis.  It also will be webcast live on the SEC’s website, www.sec.gov, and will be archived on the website for later viewing.
