SEC – Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies.

The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 17th, 2013 to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room LL-006 at the SEC’s headquarters in Washington, DC.  The meeting will commence at 9:30AM and will be live streamed on the SEC’s web site as well as being open to the public.

Presently the agenda for the meeting “includes matters relating to rules and regulations affecting small and emerging companies under the federal securities laws”.
