Program

The regulatory environment surrounding FinTech is a strong determinant for how products are developed, introduced and managed. The Product road map must balance customer needs with compliance requirements and AML transparency along with the usual complexities associated with multiple bank settlement channels. How does an entrepreneur weigh these often conflicting objectives? What role should the Board play, if any, with risk associated with Product Development? How do you evaluate “speed to market” with compliant business operations (i.e., is it better to “ask for forgiveness” or seek permission?).
