When President Obama called The JOBS Act “game changing”, he was right!  This landmark legislation (one of the largest changes to U.S. securities regulations in 80 years), has already created an entire ecosystem of companies to create new market infrastructure for the private capital markets, beginning with crowdfunding.

On May 16th we are going to have 30 hand selected companies demonstrate how American Main Street businesses and Startups can leverage the crowd to fund and scale their ideas and businesses. The following is a sample journey with some of the companies that will be demonstrating.
