Apiture Digital Banking Platform Selected By Citizens State Bank

Apiture, a provider of digital banking solutions, today announced that Ouray, Colo.-based Citizens State Bank (CSB), a locally owned community bank, has selected the Apiture Digital Banking Platform “to power digital banking for its consumer and business customers.”

Founded in 1913, CSB remains dedicated to fostering economic growth in the Colorado communities it serves.

While the bank acknowledges its legacy, it continues to “innovate for the future.”

With a rising number of business accounts, the bank identified “a need to expand self-service capabilities while delivering a more seamless and feature-rich digital banking experience for all customers.”

By implementing the Apiture Consumer Banking, Business Banking, and Data Intelligence solutions, CSB will introduce “enhanced business banking tools, including streamlined cash management and expanded payment capabilities, allowing customers to manage their finances anytime, anywhere.”

Additionally, the Apiture Digital Account Opening solution “will enable both businesses and consumers to open and fund new accounts digitally without the need to visit a branch.”

This investment aligns with CSB’s vision for the future of community banking, ensuring it always “acts in the long-term best interests of its customers, community, employees, and the institution.”

By leveraging this new digital banking platform, CSB is “making a strategic investment in strengthening its business relationships and equipping its customers with the tools they need to succeed.”

Alexander Price, President and CEO of Citizens State Bank said:

“Partnering with Apiture allows us to extend this mission beyond our branches, providing customers with secure, intuitive digital banking services that make it easier than ever to bank on their terms, whether in-person or digitally. This development will allow us to invest in our business relationships while providing a more integrated and holistic approach to managing financial well-being.”

Chris Cox, COO of Apiture said:

“Our … platform will empower CSB’s customers with an intuitive and flexible digital banking experience, ensuring both consumers and businesses have the tools they need to manage their finances how, when, and where they choose. Apiture will also allow CSB to provide a best-in-class technology experience, ensuring its customers have access to innovative, user-friendly digital banking solutions that evolve with their needs.”
