Adyen (AMS: ADYEN), the financial technology platform for businesses, announced Groupe Dynamite Inc. (GDI), a Montreal-based fashion house that operates retail stores and digital experiences under two banners: Garage and Dynamite, is live with Adyen’s Giving product.
Giving enables GDI to engage its customers “with local causes and their existing non-profit partners, and respond quickly to timely causes.”
For example, the campaign to raise funds for Americares to “support communities impacted by the LA fires went live within 24 hours.”
GDI saw 3.5 per cent of their customers donate to Americares through Adyen Giving, well “above the platform’s two per cent average engagement.”
Adyen has 200+ charities signed up on the Giving platform already, enabling GDI “to quickly launch campaigns that align with its brand vision.”
For the whole month of March, Dynamite is partnering with Dress for Success Canada Foundation to “collect donations at checkout in all of its Canadian stores.”
Customers are demanding more from brands and are four times more likely to buy from “a brand with a strong purpose according to a Zeno Group study. Adyen Giving technology allows retailers to demonstrate commitment to a larger purpose and bring their customers along on their impact journey.”
Sander Meijers, Canada Country Manager, Adyen said:
“Garage and Dynamite are fixtures in malls across North America and demonstrate seamless consumer experience at every touch point. There is a great opportunity in Canadian retail right now to enhance the consumer experience and we’re excited to be the partner to help brands deliver elevated experiences, leveraging solutions from unified commerce to Giving.”
This feature builds on Adyen’s current partnership with GDI, “with over 250 Garage and Dynamite stores across Canada and the U.S. already live with Adyen’s unified commerce platform, providing flexible, cross-channel payment journeys for customers.”
This partnership provides GDI with payment infrastructure “that will keep pace with evolving retail trends, from unified commerce to leveraging data-driven insights for strategic growth.”
As covered, Adyen is the financial technology platform for various companies.
By providing end-to-end payments capabilities, data-driven insights, and financial products in a single global solution, Adyen explains that it “helps businesses achieve their ambitions faster.”
With offices around the world, Adyen says that it currently works with the likes of Meta, Uber, H&M, eBay, and Microsoft.
