UK-Based Behavioral Change Platform Pawprint to Close Crowdcube Round With More Than £864,000 Raised

Pawprint, a UK-based behavioral change platform that focuses on small changes people can make to their lifestyle which will have a lasting, positive impact on the planet, is set to close its equity crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube with more than £864,000 secured. The funding round, which has attracted over 600 Crowdcube investors, made its debut last month with a mission to raise a minimum of £400,000.

Founded in 2019, Pawprint seeks to empower people to fight climate change by helping them measure, understand, and reduce their carbon footprint.

“We launched our consumer product in September 2020 (with 2k registrations and 6k monthly visitors to our website already) and we are now building out our business arm. This will be designed to focus on employee engagement and carbon reduction.”

Funds from the Crowdcube round will be used to bring Pawprint’s B2B product to market. The company further explained:

“Businesses will play a major role in fighting climate change; by engaging employees they will be able to hit targets faster. We’re stepping up to help them do this.”

Pawprint is now offering 15.17% in equity at a £4,835,160 pre-money valuation through the funding round, which is set to close later this week.
