Hoddle, a UK-based mobile banking app, announced recently announced it has made it’s beta launch debut. Founded in 2018, Hoddle describes itself as a banking app that helps users save money and “bank better.” The app connects existing accounts using open banking to gain insights and create automated saving schemes called “Holds.”
“Our unique Smart Holds use machine learning and artificial intelligence to automatically calculate how much to set aside and save for you daily. Not ready for a Smart Hold just yet? Create a Fixed Hold and save a fixed amount on a weekly or monthly basis. E.g. Save £10 a week for those shiny new shoes you’ve always wanted and better yet, track and manage your savings directly in the app.”
Hoddle’s mobile app’s features include the following:

Hoddle further revealed that the app securely connect existing bank accounts and is supported for more than 25 banks and providers.
