Investment Portfolio Platform Strowz to Raise Funding on Seedrs

Strowz, a UK-based investment portfolio platform, is preparing to launch its equity crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs. Founded in 2017, Strowz states it uses advanced technology to actively manage investment portfolios so users can get the best returns for their money.

“In 2019, we made investing accessible for everyone from £10 by building one of the most innovative Apps using a pooled capital portfolios structure. Now, think Instagram and Finance. By merging the world of finance, technology and lifestyle, Strowz App is transforming the way people live by creating their Savings Buckets, and realising their dreams to live better and fuller lives.”

Strowz manages the portfolio by doing the following:

Create multiple Savings Buckets, from travel adventures to monthly entertainment experiences. Upload photos with target dates and amounts.
Organize Savings Buckets based on the 8 categories of our concierge: Travel, Entertainment, Home, Charity, Shopping, Wellness, Learning and Life Events.
Securely connect bank accounts with Open Banking API, earn 2% on Savings Buckets, create customized round-ups, and invest in ISA and GIA portfolios.

Strowz then reported it has more than £2 million of deposits from users for investments, and in the first 3 weeks of soft launch, the platform’s users created over £1.8 million in targeted Savings Buckets. By the end of 2020, it wants to grow our community to over 100,000 users. The company also plans to launch Strowz App in Canada and the U.S. in the third quarter of 2020.

Strowz’s crowdfunding campaign is set to go live later this spring.
