California-based Payments Firm Stripe Partners with Keap, a CRM Platform, to Offer an Enhanced Customer Experience

California-headquartered Stripe, a leading payments solution provider, has teamed up with Keap, a customer relations management (CRM) platform, in order to provide a better payment experience for customers.

Keap confirmed that it has created an integration with Stripe to assist clients with improving their cash flow, eliminating or reducing fraudulent activities, and to launch operations globally as the company continues to scale its activities.

Following the partnership, customers will be able to accept and instantly conduct credit and debit card transactions. The integration will allow users to make direct payments on outstanding invoices or order forms.

Mandy Gifford, payments product marketing manager at Keap, stated:

“We’re very excited to join the Stripe Partner Program as a Verified Partner to help more small businesses by enabling them to grow on a global scale. Keap’s seamless integration with Stripe’s payments platform creates a best-in-class payments experience that gets our customers paid faster and removes all the headaches of getting paid.”

Customers have the option of creating a Stripe account directly via their Keap app. They can also connect to existing Stripe accounts. The new payment option is being offered to Keap and Infusionsoft clients.

Gifford claims that the Stripe onboarding process is simple and quite straightforward, enabling companies to easily accept payments within minutes.

She added:

“With Stripe, small businesses using Keap can let their customers conveniently pay invoices by credit or debit cards, and Keap’s automation makes following up on unpaid invoices a snap. Small businesses love the convenience and, because it’s all in Keap …  [companies] can see who has paid, what services or products are selling well, and how their cash flow stands.”

Stripe currently handles payments from 195 different countries. It accepts more than 135 currencies. The company assigns risk scores to different payments and uses special software to detect and block potentially high-risk transactions. Stripe’s proprietary algorithms are able to adapt to changing fraud patterns and the unique requirements of different businesses.

Last month, Stripe announced that it had officially shut down all its offices (due to the COVID-19 outbreak) and all employees, as well as on-site contractors, are working from home. Prior to this announcement, Stripe confirmed that it had closed its San Francisco office, but kept the offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Chicago, Dublin, London, New York, Paris, and Seattle open during that time.
