The former CBRE Senior Director and Head of Loan Advisory, Anurag Sharma, has joined LendInvest as Fund Manager.
LendInvest is a profitable UK Fintech that has created a marketplace for property finance.
According to LendInvest, Anurag has worked with the company in an advisory capacity for several years whilst leading the Loan Advisory team at CBRE Capital Advisors, the world’s largest commercial real estate services company.
During his time at CBRE, Anurag ran one of the largest loan valuation practices in Europe. Additionally, Anurag also executed a number of notable debt sale transactions across Europe to private equity and institutional buyers – a skill that may foreshadow an expansion of LendInvest in the coming months.
At LendInvest Anurag will be responsible for managing the multiple portfolios of assets for investors, including that of LendInvest’s flagship fund, the Real Estate Opportunity Fund. Anurag als sits on LendInvest’s Credit Committee.
