Overfunding: Property Renting Platform Inadash Surpasses £350,000 Funding Target Through Seedrs Round

Inadash, a UK-based property renting platform, has successfully secured its initial 350,000 funding target on equity crowdfunding platform Seedrs. Founded in 2016, Inadash claims to be the fastest-growing property app in London and is on a mission to build an “innovative way” for people to rent, keeping the transaction quick, accessible, and on-demand.

Inadash is built on trust, and we are doing it for a better property marketplace for all. We’re backed by UK’s leading property experts and entrepreneurs with over 40 years of experience in the property industry. We are helping introduce renters to their dream property quicker, reduce the renting steps for all parties and accelerate the journey to successful lets. Our goal is to reach a point where all properties and rooms are rented on-demand.”

The company also reported that the Seedrs funds will be used to increase advertising activity in order to service clients and help them over the line to becoming clients. Inadash added:

“With the funds necessary to spread the word, we will encourage busy estate agents and would-be tenants to discover the transparent, simple and safe way to transact in today’s world. The proceeds will also be used to accelerate our product development with the addition of two full-time software developers.”

The campaign is set to close later this fall.
