2018: Invesdor Rakes in Nearly €23M from Public & Private Rounds

Finland-based online investment platform Invesdor operates and connects European growth companies with investors worldwide. Since launching six years ago, Invesdor has helped raise more than €63 million for more than 130 businesses.  How did the platform fare last year?

This morning Invesdor Co-Founder and CEO Lasse Mäkelä shared an update via LinkedIn regarding the platform’s 2018 successes:

“What a year it was! Almost EUR 23,000,000 raised in 22 public and 5 private rounds for our client companies in 2018 via Invesdor. Yepzon, Mekitec, KleverApp, Seabased AB, Pupu, Tingent, Naava, Fafa’s Plats Oy, Sharetribe Ltd, InCoax Networks AB, Vere, Parkkisähkö, Treamer, Yeply Oy, Melobee,Movesole, Wello Oy and ZENZ Organic Products just to mention few…”

In November the Finnish investment crowdfunding platform, competing against finalists from Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland in a combination of jury and public vote, won the regional Fintech category of the Nordic Startup Awards,in Copenhagen. The competition saw over 2500 nominees.

Invesdor aims to make participation in growth finance easy and fair for everyone; the platform has been bridging the gap between individual private investors and professional venture capitalists for six years. Current raises on the platform include Weecos and Valtavalo. Upcoming campaigns include Copenhagen Bombay and InsightsAtlas.
