Wealth Migrate, a UK-based real estate crowdfunding platform, has successfully raised more than £1.2 million through its equity crowdfunding campaign, which was launched on Seedrs last month. The funding round quickly secured its initial target of £750,000 and has attracted nearly 350 investors.
Established in 2010, Wealth Migrate describes itself as a leading Fintech real estate investment platform that makes investing in high yield, institutional quality, first world real estate accessible, safe and affordable for anyone online. They can earn US dollar based income AND capital growth. The company noted that it does this by leveraging big data technology, global teams on the ground, and the social power of collective buying through crowdfunding.
“We enable investors to access yields of 7-12% in the US, UK, & Australia. Our global property marketplace allows local & international investors to invest as little as $1k in property opportunities without any of the hassle, management issues, foreign bank accounts & complex tax structures. We achieve this by partnering with developers, asset managers, & property investment trusts (REIT’s) to supply a curated inventory of property assets.”
Speaking about raising funds on Seedrs, Wealth Migrate CEO and co-founder, Scott Picken, previously stated:

Funds from the Seedrs round will be used for the following:
- CAPEX – Investment in the Platform & IT: 40%
- Digital products, Branding & Marketing: 20%
- Human capacity & OPEX: 20%
- Deal origination & Marketplace Roll-out: 20%
The company went on to add:
“In simple terms we have been under the radar proving the model, with limited property partners & now we are really building the team & technology to scalable rapidly.”
The funding round is currently set to close next month.
