NovoPayment, a enabler of digital financial services for the Americas, announced on Monday the expansion of its Developer Hub. This expansion will include new partner-integrated application protocol interfaces (APIs), enterprise customer functionalities and an enhanced user experience.
Founded in 2004, NovoPayment enables digital financial and transactional services through a cloud-based, bank-grade platform that supports varied mass disbursement and collections services. The company stated it helps banks, financial institutions, and others throughout the Americas to leverage their existing systems and services to generate new deposits and transaction streams. NovoPayment claimed that its Developer Hub is the first bank-agnostic portal of its kind offering resources to software developers seeking to build new payment and financial service solutions, enhance existing products and accelerate their initiatives. The most recent enhancements include:
- APIs that are back-end integrated with key functionalities from companies such as Visa, Facebook, LexisNexis, and various national identification systems.
- New enterprise user API releases related to account origination, affiliation, deposits, withdrawals, balance and transaction history.
- An improved user experience including fully optimized mobile-first UX, support for retina-display ready devices, and refined API documentation.
Speaking about the updates, NovoPayment CEO, Anabel Perez, stated:
