Republic Lists Two Crypto Startups: Nori and Quarters

SEC regulated crowdfunding platform Republic, has listed two “high promise” cryptocurrency startups to its investment offerings. Nori and Quarters are raising capital on Republic Crypto – a token pre-sale platform for everyone to participate in “Legal Token Distributions” aimed to democratize blockchain investing.

Quarters is a universal gaming currency for video games, founded by 12-year-old crypto prodigy George Weiksner. With a single wallet, players may transfer their Quarters across various video games and platforms, instead of abandoning their tokens in one game in order to play another. Quarters has already met its minimum fundraising goal of $100,000.

Based in Seattle, Nori is a blockchain-based marketplace fighting climate change by incentivizing and verifying carbon removal from the atmosphere. The Nori offering will accept a minimum investment of just ten dollars.

Republic is a platform that diligently screens all offerings. While investing in any early stage company is risky, Republic takes the steps necessary to make certain listed businesses are great startups curated from thousands of prospects. Republic says that “only selects startups that are exceptional in their mission and growth potential to support.”

Republic CEO Kendrick Nguyen commented on the two new offers:

Republic reports that since platform launch 95% of all crowdfunding campaigns have been successful. Republic Crypto will now have listed 5 blockchain based companies. The three prior each successfully funded.

Republic is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and licensed with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
