Canadian fintech firm MOBI724 Global Solutions Inc. announced this week it has entered into an agreement with Visa, a global payments technology company, to provide Visa clients a suite of integrated Loyalty Solutions, including MOBI724’s Card-Linked Offers & Rewards, Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence Solutions through the Visa Loyalty. MOBI724 will also offer a platform for Latin America and the Caribbean.
As part of their agreement, MOBI724 will reportedly help expand the development of Card-Linked Offers and Integrated Loyalty Solutions to Visa’s merchants, acquirers and issuers in Latin America and the Caribbean. Marcel Vienneau, CEO of MOBI724, stated;

The partnership with Visa comes just a few months after it filed and received receipt for its final prospectors, which quaffed the 29,538,203 common shares of the company and 14,769,101 common share purchase warrants issuable upon the exercise of the 29,538,203 special warrants that were previously issued by MOBI724 this past spring at a price of $0.35 per special warrant.
