To Stop Bitcoin You Would Have to “Shut Down the Internet” (Video)

Jules Urbach, CEO of OTOY (a cloud graphics company), visited with CNBC on Friday to discuss cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and Ethereum in general. The discussion was a bit convoluted which is indicative of the confusion within the mainstream media and financial services space but Urbach countered Jamie Dimon’s assertion that the government will shut Bitcoin down by explaining you would have to shut down the internet to accomplish that feat.

Urbach also spent a few minutes explaining the difference between Ethereum and Blockchain in general and what Ethereum can accomplish. This discussion definitely needs more than five minutes to get the message across but then that is what you get on much of broadcast financial news.
