LendingClub (NYSE: LC), the largest marketplace lending platform in the US, has scheduled an investor day in New York City. The event, which is by invitation only, will take place on Thursday, December 7, 2017. CEO Scott Sanborn and other executives from the LendingClub management team will provide an overview of the company strategy, financial outlook, and key business initiatives. LendingClub recently announced Q2 earnings that beat expectations. LendingClub also guided higher for the year as it looks towards a future where the online lender generates operational profits. Following the Q2 release, LendingClub revealed that delinquencies were trending lower – an event that was attributed to an improving business model.
