eyeCam Seeks Funds on Crowdfunder For Advance Development of Wearable Smartphone eyeHand

This week, California-based eyeCam, Inc. announced it is seeking funds on Crowdfunder for the advance development of its latest product, eyeHand. The device is described as a wearable smartphone that turns consumer’s hands and fingers into a touchscreen display.

eyeHand 3The company revealed it filed its first patent on a stainable smartphone headset and operating system in 2010 and two years later filed the first patent on the eyeHand wearable projection mapping, display, and 3D interfacing system. It was also noted that the eyeHand team consists of firmware, software, UI and multimedia design, engineering, legal and IP professionals and the device’s 3D imaging, interfacing, operating, networking and biometric identification systems are being developed for additional products and services.

“eyeHand reference design kits are being developed for sale by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Carriers in the US, Europe and Asia. eyeCam enables companies to acquire the emerging products and technologies they need to succeed, secure a faster ROI, and have the ability to add features and services that maximize ongoing revenue.”

Features of the eyeCam include 3D mouse and controller, biometric key and watch, IoT command center, sports tracker and health and fitness monitor. While sharing details about the campaign, CEO and co-founder of eyeCam, Bryan Davis, stated:
