Roofstock Announces Two Leadership Team Appointments

Roofstock, a marketplace for investing in single-family rental homes, announced on Wednesday the appointment of former Credit Karma executive, Jodi Alperstein, as vice president of product and Haven Realty Capital’s founding partner, Eric Gutshall, as vice president of operations. 

RoofStockAlperstein is a FinTech veteran who led product and design at Credit Karma. Prior to working for Credit Karma, she was managing director and head of product, marketing, and design for the Enterprise Risk Solutions division of Moody’s Analytics, a unit of Moody’s Corporation.

Gutshall has served in a various operational roles in technology and real estate ventures. Most recently he was a founding partner and president of investment company Haven Realty Capital and SFR property manager Haven Homes.

Roofstock recently launched to provide a new, more efficient way to buy and sell investment properties. The company stated:
