Humble Grape, a UK-based wine and events company, announced this week that it is set to open a second bar on Fleet Street in London. The company secured a grand total of £356,670 during its Seedrs initiative two years ago.

Humble GrapeAs previously reported, Humble Grape was founded in 2009 by James Dawson “out of a desire to pursue his dreams of a life in the wine trade. Before the Seedrs campaign, the company already enjoyed success in London with its existing private and corporate client-base which includes Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, ICAP, HFI, IBM, Dassault, SH Legal, Linklaters, DataArt and RLAM Monthly.

According to Glass of Bubbly, Humble Grape offers a frequently changed wine list so there’s always something new and interesting to try. The company has over 130 unique wines in its cellar, which includes directly imported from boutique, family-owned vineyards in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Australia and South Africa which are mainly available at tastings and dinners.

Humble Grape also offers a Wine Club. Customers that sign up for the club will receive a tailored wine service that is directly delivered to their front door. The company is also making to plans to open five additional locations within the next five years.
