In the last weeks, not only has Companisto released a pivotal document on industry transparency but the platform has also posted promising results for recently launched Companisto campaigns. With 54 days remaining on their Companisto campaign, MyCouchbox founders Sarah Haide and Clemens Walter have trounced their 100,000€ minimum goal, raising over 132,460€ from over 251 investors. Valued at 1,200,000€, MyCouchbox is the leading German surprise snack box and sends sweet and salty snacks to thousands of households every month.
Startup Returbo, a market leader in the secondary market for e-commerce and valued at 11,500,000€, is a profitable business likely to generate more than €6M in revenues in 2015. Launched in June, Returbo has ten days remaining on its campaign which has raised over 915,329€ from over 1224 investors, overfunding by 1830%. The startup added Klingel Versandgruppe (a key German mail-order), DMAX-Shop and Libri, one of the leading sellers of books and e-books in Germany. In addition, Returbo will shortly launch more sales campaigns together with partners Groupon, mydealz, and Vente Privee.
Since CEO Tamo Zwinge announced its first foray into the venture loan asset class, Companisto offered sweet returns for investors in the chocolatier Sawade investors. To date, with five days remaining on the campaign, Berlin entrepreneurs Benno and Melanie Hübel have secured 660,440€ from 611 investors.
Companisto’s second venture loan campaign, noDNA is also faring well, having 158% overfunded. Founded in 2001, noDNA currently generates 600,000€ in annual revenues as Europe’s biggest online seller of robotics components for research and education. The company launched a financing campaign in September on Companisto, offering venture loans bearing annual interest of 8%. 33 days remain on noDNA’s campaign, which to date has raised 158,175€ from 238 investors.
