CEO of Reelcause Shares Details About The New Crowdfunding Platform

Sharing details about the new crowdfunding platform Reelcause, along with his insight on the crowdfunding industry, CEO Michael Jacobson discussed the funding method’s ups and downs.

Reelcause 2Discussing the lack of backend support, including that nearly 77% of organizations and businesses fail to reach funding goals through the majority of crowdfunding sites, Jacobson shared that reduced revenue absorption from incentives and ineffective communication has led fundraising efforts down the primrose path to nowhere. Inspired by the feasibility of surmounting these challenges, with the help of new patent pending technology and the untapped fusion of the current, along came Reelcause.

Jacobson noted, “My colleagues and I understood our demographic is precisely that 77%, and even those effectively achieving their fundraising goals have been doing so at a great cost in time, treasure and talent.”

Jacobson revealed that the Reelcause platform weaves the traditional crowdfunding structure with the dynamic capacity of video and alluring incentives such as steeply discounted retail purchase certificates, random prizes and multiple recognition opportunities.  Video channel creators leverage the power of video to communicate their cause initiative, while enticing social networks to donate and support their efforts through Reelcause’s proprietary PeopleSourcing program.  Through its own online store, channel administrators further enhance funding capacity and public awareness of their cause through retail, dining and experience incentives.

Michael JacobsonScheduled to officially launch at the U.N. on Thursday (January 8th), groundswell and enthusiasm is growing.  Some of Reelcause forged partnerships include organizations of global impact like The Joyce Banda Foundation, The Jack Brewer Foundation, Immune Therapeutics, Montessori Model U.N. and Universal Models for Peace among others – and celebrity athletes and personalities supporting these and other causes.

Dr. Joyce Banda, former President of the Republic of Malawi and Founder of the Joyce Banda Foundation International, will be the event’s Keynote Speaker.  Other featured speakers include Sara Hirsch, CEO of Universal Models for Peace and Ambassador Jack Brewer, CEO of The Brewer Group and The Jack Brewer Foundation.
