The three established companies will use Alchemy’s platform to raise additional capital and significantly expand their businesses.
As previously reported by Crowdfund Insider, the platform announced last week it formally launched with the closing of its investment round. The platform brings a powerful blend of experienced brand and company builders along with managerial, financial and capital market expertise to make a significant different in the success rate of companies in those two industries.
