Fast growing Peer-to-Peer lending platform LendInvest has put together a 2014 Lending Survey. The company is soliciting feedback from P2P lenders or anyone who may be considering participating in P2P lending in the near future. LendInvest hopes the information captured will aid in the development and growth of their services.

LendInvest burst into the crowdfunding scene in 2013 and has grown dramatically having completed over £26 million in loans secured agains UK real estate. The company was founded by Christian Faes and Ian Thomas – both partners at Montello Capital Partners. The pair view crowdfunding and P2P lending as a chance for finance to become democratised, as investors themselves decide who to lend to, and what a borrower is charged.
